healthy? sure. fit? Sure. Good ideal bodies? Ugh. These models may be very toned and their bodies are their own but 5’9” and 123 lbs (miranda kerr) is not something a normal human being should aim for.
In response to ^^^ everyone has different bodies. You should never aim for SOMEONE ELSE’S BODY. These girls are healthy and fit for themselves. They are good ideal bodies for THEM, maybe not for you, or for me, but for them. Stop the body shaming and saying that they have bodies that are not for “normal human beings” or that their bodies are not “good ideal bodies” they eat healthy and exercise.
I’d consider myself normal and their body is attainable for myself.. Find your own fitspiration if Victoria’s Secret models aren’t for you. Just don’t hate on them because of it.
Get the body that makes YOU happy!
